I know that in a community like ours, people want to feel confident that their local leaders genuinely understand their day‑to‑day concerns. That matters to me too, and the decisions I make at the council table affect my own family, neighbours, friends, and colleagues. That’s why I take this responsibility so seriously.

 

As your MAYOR, I will continue my commitment to ensuring that every corner of The Town of the Blue Mountains, from Craigleith and the vibrant community of Windfall, to the historic settlement areas of Thornbury, Clarksburg, Ravenna and our rural concession lines, the Lora Bay community and our beautiful shoreline has an equal voice.

As your current Deputy Mayor, I understand firsthand that our town’s strength lies in its diverse geography, and no single resident or neighbourhood should ever feel overlooked. Whether you live in a newly developed residential area, near the ski hills, in an established neighbourhood  or on a generational family farm, your unique needs regarding community, infrastructure, taxation, and all services matter deeply to me.

I will continue to bridge the gap between our distinct neighborhoods, advocating for balanced growth and fair representation that honours and protects the unique character of our entire municipality.
